I am a busy fitness trainer specializing in pre/post rehab fitness. I graduated from the University of Guelph with a B.Sc.(hk). During my first pregnancy I started working on a fitness program. I had a great pregnancy. At the delivery there were complications that left me with injuries such as torn psoas and adductor muscles,drop foot syndrome and severe weakness in my right leg. I was diligent with my rehabilitation work. I returned to work 2 months after my first baby was born, slightly limping still, but managable.
I tested my programs again during my second pregnancy and recovery. This time around I had a much better delivery.
I am now a proud mother of 2 young children. I love fitness and have been inspired to share my fitness knowledge with other mothers.
